On June 29, 2023 a meeting of the National Accreditation Board chaired by Viktor Bolotov, Academician of the Russian Academy of Education, was held at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. The meeting was held in a hybrid format (online and offline).

The first part of the meeting was devoted to the discussion of achievements and progress of the National Accreditation Board and the National Centre for Public Accreditation in 2022-2023.

During the second part accreditation decisions were made. The educational programmes of the following HEIs were awarded international and public accreditation: Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management, Novosibirsk State Technical University, Kazan State Power Engineering University, Orel State University named after I.S. Turgenev and Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy.

The educational programmes of the following HEIs were awarded public accreditation: Moscow Aviation Institute, Russian Foreign Trade Academy under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Ivanovo State Power University named after V.I. Lenin, Siberian Institute of Business, Management and Psychology, P.A. Stolypin Ulyanovsk State Agrarian University.
