External review of two clusters of study programmes in “Informatics and Computer science”,“Applied Informatics”,“Software Engineering” and “Design and Technology of Electronic Means”, “Electronics and Nanoelectronics” was held in the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET) from February 12 till February 14, 2014 (Zelenograd, Russia).
