On June 27, 2025, the National Centre for Public Accreditation and the Russian Quality System (Roskachestvo) signed a cooperation agreement.

The Agreement provides for joint work in the field of independent evaluation of the quality of education, including information, analytical, and expert collaboration. The partnership aims to develop professional-public and international accreditation of educational programs, which will enhance their compliance with modern standards and labor market requirements.
“This step will enable systematic improvement in the quality of specialist training, which is critically important for the development of the economy and social sphere,” noted Iuliia Mikhaleva, Deputy Head of Roskachestvo.
“The signing of the agreement between our organizations is an important event marking the beginning of our cooperation. In academic circles, debates are going on about whether education can be considered a service and whether quality standards can be applied to its evaluation. Accreditation of an educational program is recognition of quality obtained through expert evaluation of compliance with educational standards, which helps achieve the goal of training specialists capable of creating quality products and providing quality services. Joining forces with Roskachestvo will contribute to building a culture of quality in education and improving the quality of life in the country,” commented Dr. Galina Motova, Director of the National Centre for Public Accreditation and President of the Asia-Pacific Quality Network (APQN).
The collaboration between these two reputable organizations will create new opportunities for universities, students, and employers, strengthening the prestige of Russian education.
