On November 21, 2025, during the Annual Academic Conference and Annual General Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Quality Network (APQN) in Hong Kong, the National Centre for Public Accreditation (NCPA) was honored with the “APQN’s Best Model of QAA Award” in the category of “Best Model of Education Quality Assurance.”

The esteemed award was granted for the development and successful implementation in Russia of the innovative Top-Accreditation technology for the leading Russian universities. This model is designed to recognize and support educational programs that demonstrate the highest quality standards and are aligned with the needs of the global labor market.

For the NCPA, this award represents significant recognition of its professional merits and expertise in the field of education quality assurance at the global level. Receiving an award from one of the most authoritative networks of quality assurance agencies proves that Russian developments in this area align with the current global trends and the vision of the leading experts in the Asia-Pacific region.

The award was granted in the presence of over 400 representatives from accreditation agencies and higher education institutions from 45 countries, underscoring the broad resonance and support from the academic and research community.
