On December 11, 2025, a meeting of the National Accreditation Board was held under the chairmanship of Academician of the Russian Academy of Education, Dr. Viktor A. Bolotov.

During the meeting, the Board made accreditation decisions for study programs delivered by several higher education institutions.

The Board confirmed the compliance of programs delivered by the following universities with international quality assurance standards:

• Vladivostok State University
• Belgorod State National Research University
• National Research University “Moscow Power Engineering Institute”
• Russian State Agrarian University
• Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy
• Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod

“Top-Accreditation” Technology:

Programs delivered by the following institutions successfully underwent international accreditation under the “Top-Accreditation” procedure:

• Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation
• Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University

Joint International Accreditation (NCPA & EQEA, China):

Programs delivered by St. Petersburg State University underwent a joint international accreditation procedure conducted by the National Centre for Public Accreditation (NCPA) and the Education Quality Evaluation Agency of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China (EQEA). The Board confirmed their compliance with the relevant international standards of both agencies.
