The lecture was delivered by Dr.Galina Motova, Director of the National Centre for Public Accreditation, President of the Asia-Pacific Quality Network, and President of the Guild of Experts in Higher Education. Her presentation highlighted global trends and successful examples of accreditation at the international level. - International Accreditation: Assessing Educational Quality Against International Standards
Oksana Tanikova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and Deputy Head of the Accreditation Office at the National Centre for Public Accreditation, shared methodologies for evaluating educational programs based on international standard criteria, emphasizing the importance of comparability and transparency. - The Accreditation System in the Kyrgyz Republic
Erik Esentayev, Director of the Independent Accreditation Agency “Bilim-Standard,” elaborated on the specific features of the national accreditation system in Kyrgyzstan, emphasizing the challenges and achievements in integrating local standards with international ones.
A particularly notable session was the Facilitation Session, moderated by Dr. Tatiana Shindina, Associate Professor, and Director of the Institute of Distance and Further Education at the National Research University “Moscow Power Engineering Institute” (MPEI).
Participants actively engaged in discussions on the criteria for evaluating the educational process, developing frameworks to distinguish good practices from advanced ones, and identifying what will change as a result of accreditation.
