On December 4–6, 2018 a joint external review of the educational programmes of Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory was held.

The procedure was jointly conducted by the National Centre for Public Accreditation (Russia) and the Music Association MusiQuE (Belgium).

It was the first external review jointly conducted by NCPA and MusiQuE. The joint evaluation involved huge preparatory work on agreement of standards and criteria. The work of the Panel was coordinated by representatives of two agencies.

During three days of work meetings with the University administration, Heads of subdivisions responsible for programmes implementation, teachers, students, postgraduate students, graduates and employers were held.

Joint accreditation promotes the development of educational programmes and educational institutions on the whole. Programmes are given an opportunity to check quality at the international level and receive recommendations of the best foreign experts. Most significantly, the results of such a review are approved by the certificates on joint accreditation of the two countries.
