On October 7–9, 2026, Bashkir State Medical University underwent an international external review of its educational program.

The External Review Panel comprised both international and Russian experts, as well as representatives from professional communities and the student body. During the three-day visit, the Panel held meetings with the university administration, heads of departments responsible for program implementation, faculty members, students, alumni, and employers in the field of study "Biology".

Based on the results of the external evaluation, a report will be compiled and recommendations will be provided for the further development of the program. The final decision on granting the international and professional-public accreditation to the educational program will be made during a meeting of the National Accreditation Council.
