Bashkir State Medical University has undergone a joint international external review of its educational programs. The external quality assessment was conducted in accordance with the standards of the National Center for Public Accreditation (NCPA) and the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR, Republic of Kazakhstan).

The expert panel comprised Russian and international specialists, as well as representatives from the professional and student communities. During the three-day site visit, the experts held meetings with the university administration, heads of specialized departments, faculty members, students, residents, alumni, and employers.

Based on the outcomes of the site visit, the expert panel will prepare an External Review Report outlining recommendations for the further development of the programs. The final decision on granting international accreditation status will be made by the Accreditation Councils of IAAR and NCPA during their upcoming sessions.
