On April 21, 2015 the meeting of the representatives of the National Centre for Public Accreditation (NCPA, Russia) and the Higher Education Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Education (HEEC MO, China) was held in Moscow, Russia. The parties reached an agreement on the cooperation opportunities and the joint accreditation procedures.

On April 17, 2015 the Cooperation Agreement was signed between the National Centre for Public Accreditation (NCPA) and the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP).

On April 17, 2015 the Agreement was signed between the National Centre for Public Accreditation (NCPA) and Higher Education Evaluation & Accreditation Council of Taiwan (HEEACT) on cooperation and conducting joint international accreditation of the educational programmes 030600.62 History (Bachelor's programme) and 46.04.01 History (Master's programme), delivered by Far Eastern Federal University (Vladivostok, Russia).

External Review of two clusters of the educational programmes is held on April 27-29, 2015 in Novosibirsk State Technical University.
