External Review of the clusters of the educational programmes was held on October 5-7, 2015 in Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University.
During three days of the site-visit, 55 experts from China, Belarus, Serbia, Czech Republic, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Russia, assessed the quality of 25 educational programmes within 10 clusters.
