Following the results of the International Conference of the Asia-Pacific Quality Network "NEW HORIZONS: DISSOLVING BOUNDARIES FOR A QUALITY REGION" (May 2017, Moscow) a collection of articles has been published. Conference papers discuss the following issues: assessment and recognition of higher education quality, strategies and methodology of promotion of cross-cultural education, development of internal systems of quality assurance, development of educational programmes, promotion of educational management in higher education, development of new trends of global education, quality assurance of transnational qualifications, accreditation of joint educational programmes and new possibilities for international integration of higher education institutions.
