The National Centre for Public Accreditation (NCPA) is officially registered in the Asia-Pacific Quality Register (APQR). On March 23, 2018 NCPA was awarded a certificate at the Conference of the Asia-Pacific Quality Network held in Nagpur, India.

NCPA is one of the first agencies in Russia which has been registered in APQR. The main purpose of the Register is to provide a high level of confidence in the quality of higher education in the Asia-Pacific Region.

The NCPA registration in APQR will increase confidence in the quality of the Russian education, will attract foreign students and teachers to Russian higher education institutions, and will promote Russia’s best educational programmes abroad.

The National Centre for Public Accreditation is the only accreditation agency that is registered in both the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR) and the Asia-Pacific Quality Register (APQR).
