IX International Conference «SYSTEMS OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATION»
On 5-6 December the IX International Conference «SYSTEMS OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATION» was held in Kazan.
The following issues were discussed at the conference:
- Practical implementation of the system of quality management;
- Risk management;
- Self-assessment of educational institutions as a tool to increase consumer satisfaction with educational services;
- The main directions of quality development in the European Union;
- Approaches to implementation of the instruments of lean production in educational institutions.
Peter Korotkov, Head of the Accreditation Office of the National Centre for Public Accreditation gave the presentation on the topic «New Things in Education Quality Assessment: Public and International Accreditation».
