On April 20, 2015 the Federal Internet-Exam for Bachelors was launched. It is a new project in the sphere of education quality evaluation. The Exam is held from April 20 till April 30, involves ten areas of Bachelors’ training (Law, Sociology, Psychological and Pedagogical Education, Economics, Management, Public Administration, Heat Power Engineering and Heat Engineering, Electrical Energy Industry and Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Construction) and is conducted at 86 basic sites throughout Russia, from Vladivostok (Far Eastern Federal University) to Kaliningrad (Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University).

Development and pilot testing of the model, organization chart and tools for the assessment of Bachelors’ training quality is carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the RF Government No. 2620-p dated 30 December 2012 “On approval of the action plan (“road map”) for 2013-1016”. In 2017, it is planned to apply the system for the assessment of Bachelors’ training quality as a regular practice. In 2015, pilot testing of the project is distinguished by voluntary involvement of HEIs and graduates and the independence from education authorities.
