10th ENQA Training of Experts took place on 6-7 November 2014 in Oslo, Norway and was hosted by the Norwegian Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (NOKUT). 30 representatives of European accrediting agencies from 23 countries attended the event.

Russia was represented at the training by Elena Savinykh, Head of the Orgnanizational and Methodological Department of National Centre for Public Accreditation. Following the training, all participants were included in the ENQA register of experts, which implies their involvement in the review of accrediting agencies for their compliance with the ENQA standards.
