The 5th International Conference organized by the Russian Association of Higher Education Researchers was held in Moscow on October, 16-18, 2014. The event was hosted by the National Research University – Higher School of Economics.

The conference was devoted to differentiation in rapidly changing higher education systems. National Centre for Public Accreditation (Russia) was represented by Vladimir Navodnov, Director.
