ENQA General Assembly - 2014

The Fifth General Assemby of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) took place on October 16-17, 2014 in Zagreb, Croatia.
The Assembly was attended by 104 delegates from all European accrediting agencies. National Centre for Public Accreditation (Russia) was represented by Galina Motova, Deputy Director.

Padraig Walsh, ENQA President, Jasmina Havranek, Director of Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE, Croatia) and Vedran Mornar, Croatian Minister of Science, Education and Sport, opened the event and made the welcome address.

The programme of the first day of the Assembly included the presentation of the draft ENQA Strategic Plan for 2016-2020, the breakout session on this plan in four groups, the consideration of the quality assurance of ICT supported learning and the discussion of the revision of the ENQA external review process.

The second day of the General Assembly was devoted to organizational issues of ENQA: activity planning, confirmation of ENQA membership, ENQA work plan, Activities Report, budget plan, objectives and actions of the network and the venue of ENQA Forum and General Assembly - 2015.
