The selection procedure of the projects submitted under the 6th call for proposals Tempus IV (EACEA 35/2012) is closed now.

ALIGN (Structural Measures – ALIGN_QF: Achieving and checking the alignment between academic programmes and national qualifications frameworks), in which NCPA is a partner, has been accepted for funding.

Specific objectives of the project are:

· to promote a better understanding of HEIs and EQAs of the role of NQFs and SQFs, their structure as well as the differences between the different KINDS and LEVELS of student achievement;

· to build on the capacity of HEIs to write and assess learning outcomes that define the various types of student achievement and promote student-centered teaching and learning;

· to build on the capacity of the HEIs to use the QF alignment to facilitate student transfer, joint qualifications and benchmarking;

The project is coordinated by Yerevan, Armenia, with partners ECA, CEENQA, University of Koblenz-Landau, Germany, and several universities, agencies and ministries in Armenia, Georgia, Russia and Ukraine.
