On March 15 within the project “Social Partner” the Russian News & Information Agency RIA NOVOSTI hosted the conference on admission of prospective students 2013 “What to look for when choosing university or study programme?”

The vice-president of the Russian Academy of Education, member of the Russian Academy of Education, Chairman of the National Accreditation Board Viktor  Bolotov and the director of the National Center for Public Accreditation, Professor Vladimir Navodnov presented the project of Public Accreditation of universities in Russia and the reference book “The Best Educational Programmes of innovative Russia”. The project is implemented by the editorial board of the journal “Accreditation in Education”, Guild of Professional Education Experts and the National Centre for Public Accreditation. The main objective of the project is to define educational programmes of higher education with the highest quality of training.
