The seminar was held at the Agence d’evaluation de la recherche et de l’enseignement superieur (AERES), 20 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris (http://www.aeres-evaluation.fr/).
There were 19 participants, belonging to the permanent staff members of the National Accreditation Centre of Kazakhstan (NAC) and to the National Center for Public Accreditation (NCPA) in the Federation of Russia or experts participating in external reviews organised by the two agencies.
