A meeting of the National Accreditation Board chaired by Viktor Bolotov, Academician of the Russian Academy of Education, was held on January 24, 2018 in the International News Agency “Rossiya Segodnya”.

On 4 – 7 December 2017 an external review of the cluster of the educational programmes delivered by Jinan University (China) was held. Two programmes «Journalism» and «Advertising» were accredited. Each External Review Panel involved five Chinese and two Russian experts, representatives of Russian leading higher education institutions (Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, Saint Petersburg State University, Moscow State Linguistic University).
