The XII Russian Forum of the Guild of Experts in Higher Education «International Standards and Modern Approaches to Assessment of Education Quality» was held on 18 November 2017 in Moscow.

V. Bolotov, member of the Russian Academy of Education, member of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, Research Advisor of the Centre of Education Quality Monitoring in the National Research University «Higher School of Economics», Chairman of the National Accreditation Board, and P. Kondrashov, Chief of Staff of the State Duma Committee on Education and Science, opened the Forum.
The topical issues related to new technologies and approaches to education quality assessment in Russia, as well as promotion of Olympiad movement and fulfillment of creative and scientific potential of gifted youngsters of the whole world were considered at the Forum.
More than 70 members of the Guild of Experts participated in the Forum.
Materials of the Forum will be published in the collection of articles “New Technologies of Education Quality Assessment”.
