AlignTempus coordination meeting “Achieving and checking the alignment between academic programmes and qualification frameworks” and the International Conference “Quality in the Classroom: Enhancing Students’ Assessment”, organised by the National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance Foundation (ANQA), were held on 22-23 February, 2017 in Yerevan, Armenia.

The representatives of the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Armenia, Ireland, Belgium took part in coordination meeting AlignTempus. During the meeting the results of the external review of educational programmes, elaborated in compliance with the National Qualifications Framework of the Russian Higher education institutions participating in the project, were summarized. NCPA shared the experience of development and implementation of the National Guidelines to assist a HEI in aligning and checking the alignment of programme. The Participants also discussed objectives for the forthcoming year.

During the Conference “Quality in the Classroom: Enhancing Students’ Assessment” the issues on the quality of education , the role of assessment in the planning of the students’ progress, review of teaching process and learning through enhancement of the students assessment system were discussed.
