In fact foundation of the network of agencies stimulated creation of independent systems of quality assessment of education in many countries leaving behind Bologna process for a decade. Today over 90 countries participate in the work of the Network!

Russia represented by V.G. Navodnov, director of the Scientific and Information Centre of State Accreditation, among the first countries became a member of this Network and took active part in its work. The first web-site of the Network was created by the Scientific and Information Centre of State Accreditation (developer - A. Yeltsin). Due to cooperation with foreign agencies the Scientific and Information Centre of State Accreditation which is now the National Centre for Public Accreditation has an opportunity to use new ideas of a world expert community, participate in joint projects and invite expert.
